Yede – Pricing

1. Simple, Transparent Pricing

At Yede, we believe in clear and upfront costs. Every booking includes a 15% platform booking fee, which is part of the total service price.

2. How It Works

Total Service Price = Provider’s transport fee + Yede’s 15% booking fee

Booking Fee (15%): Paid upfront via Yede to secure your booking

Balance (85%): Paid directly to the provider on delivery/completion

3. Example

If your total service fee is R500.00:

R75.00 (15%) → Booking fee, paid upfront through Yede

R425.00 (85%) → Balance, paid directly to the provider on delivery

4. Refund Policy

If the service is not provided, the booking fee is refunded in full.

If the service is completed, the booking fee is non‑refundable as it covers Yede’s platform costs.
