  1. Create Account

a. Create your account by clicking on the login icon or List Your Vehicle tab
b. Click on create account and complete form. upload verification documents.
c. A link will be sent to your e-mail
d. Verify your account by clicking on a link send to your e-mail

Vehicle Owner Verification Process

1. Account Verification

ID & Contact Check: Upload a valid South African ID or company registration document.

Mobile & Email Confirmation: One‑time PIN (OTP) sent to phone/email to confirm ownership.

2. Vehicle Verification

Vehicle Registration Papers: Upload proof of ownership or lease agreement.

Roadworthy Certificate: Ensure the vehicle is legally compliant.

Insurance Proof: Optional but strongly recommended for relocation services.

3. Business Verification (for companies)

Company Registration (CIPC): Upload certificate of incorporation.

Operating License (if applicable): For cross‑border or specialised transport.

4. Platform Checks

Document Review: Yede admin team verifies uploaded documents.

Badge System: Verified providers receive a “✔ Verified Provider” badge visible to buyers.

Renewal: Verification must be updated annually (roadworthy, insurance).

2. Listing

a. Create account first. 
b. Click on “Submit AD” and you will be redirected to your account.
If you have an account, you can login by clicking login icon or clicking on submit listing.
c. In your account page click on List AD or lighting icon on the left side of the page.
d. Your listing will be published after approval by platform (within 24hrs)

Note: Your picture should be of high quality.

3. Receive leads

Potential clients will contact you via whatsApp, phone or email. If you chose referral option, the platform will contact you.
